This walk starts at Station Approach  (See, Map for Start), proceeds up Ridge Road, leading up to Doghouse Lane - this section is quite steep and is great for exercise. It passes high over Centre Vale and Todmorden Leisure Centre (both of which can be accessed by many side paths off Doghouse Lane. Doghouse Lane becomes Parkin Lane and passes by High Barn Farm on the left...

A side path (the concrete path) now passes over Edge End Farm and meets up with Stones Road - Stones Road eventually leading to the entrance to Dobroyd Castle

A good guide time if you do not wish to complete the whole walk is to choose a starting time - walk for a set time - say 20 minutes and return the same way that you came. This walk took us about 20 minutes to High Barn Farm... This included taking the photographs and checking out side paths...
